I am going on my 3rd day of these things.All I can say is these work.I've used them in the past as I get older.I find that my gut doesn't work like it used to.And my metabolism has slowed these actually allow my body to process so not only am I getting a lot of goop off the bottom of my feet , but i'm also pretty darn regular

So far I have not noticed improvement with nerve issues but my sleep quality seems much better. Have researched the toxin removal and it seems that is questionable but absorption of Tumeric & ginger is hopefully going to help.

I love these and wear them every night, I used to have very cold feet according to Chinese medicine that give me a sign of dampness in your body and these will help with that. I also find I’m sleeping better now. Great deal for its value and quality ingredients.

Wow what an absolute sham & garbage these are . All they do is leave a bunch of glue on the bottom of your feet that is near impossible to get off. Save your $10 & spend it elsewhere.

I get pain in my feet, using these patches seem to reduce this, I'm not sure how or why it helps but it works so all good
