Why not try
I bought these on a whim since my toenails and feet are a mess and i have faith in ginger and turmeric. Pretty amazing i will say. My nails are "cleaner" and feet softer. What really struck me was my lower legs. Very blotchy when i got up and before i took the pads off and within ten minutes, gone. Toxins being pulled? The pads were very black. I have used these two nights in a row over two weeks. I will keep it up. Certainly can't hurt.

Excellent purchase!!
I'm a very active 65 yo female... But whose feet pain me about everyday .. used a set the first day I received them. Was shocked I was only up once during the night & feet felt pretty decent entire day.. used them the next night... Again, only awake once. That day I had planned a big outing with one of kids that involved a ton of walking. & Carrying things I purchased up 3 flights of stairs. Wasn't til after I got everything put away I realized feet didn't hurt all day. Left at 930 & got home about 330. Have already recommended these to a few ppl! Well worth the money!

Meh
Was wet and appeared to have been “used” after I slept with them but did it for a week and I couldn’t sleep AT ALL while wearing them. They weren’t uncomfortable, so I have to guess I couldn’t sleep because of ingredients seeping into skin?

Waste of Money Waste of Time
I had anticipated that the pads would turn black, which would indicate that toxins had been removed, but there was no discoloration. Perhaps given my semi-clean living, I don’t have any toxins, but I had tried a similar product quite a few years ago, and those pads turned black. In addition, these pads didn’t seem to have any impact on my sleep or how refreshed I felt the next morning. I just used a couple, but I don’t think it’s worth my time to try any others, so the rest I will throw away, and I will recycle the plastic wrap.

Works well for me , highly recommended
I am using the pads for a week now , my sleep has improved greatly , deep sleep without the dreaded toilet run . I'll use the pads for one month , then I should know if the appearance on the pads are lighter Highly recommended
