CU2423 34 Inch 3 Row Aluminum Radiator for 1999-2014 Cadillac Escalade, Chevy Sonora Tahoe Avalanche Cheyenne Suburban Silverado 1500 2500 3500, GMC Yukon XL,Hummer H2, Crossflow Radiators

Installed in a 2006 gmc sierra 1500 5.3 crew cab everything worked and no leaks easy installation. Only problem and not really a big problem is the electric fan slip in clips are impossible to make fit right. The electric fans bolt on the top like factory and it’s sits in the bottom of the support anyway and the slide clips aren’t needed. I bent them slightly out the way and it’s been doing great just took a 5 hour trip and it runs cooler than before very please. High quality part will buy again.

I purchased this radiator August 2025. I just made a report of it leaking and waiting to hear from the seller. I thought it would last me way longer than 7 month...SMH. Hope they can make this right cause it was too expensive not even last a year.

Im using this on a 2000 Silverado 5.3 swap. Fits as good as OE radiator. However if you have OE Fans which I do, the E fans will have some clearing issues. Primarily the plastic cover that runs horizontally on top and bottom. You can trim it with dremel a couple of centimeters and fits snug. It increases coolant capacity a bit not by much. I am running 165* thermostat and seem to be keeping up at highway speeds. However the reason for 4 is because they seem to offer 1 year warranty, only after doing research did I find out it is another Chinese company, so getting a warranty is probably never going to happen. I'll update if it doesn't hold up the time test.

This radiator is 100% cooler than the radiator that freakin GM put in my truck. They put a 1 core radiator in my 2002 Chevy Tahoe and last week my vehicle vapor locked because of extreme heatwave that we had. Now my temperature gauge does not go past 160 while I'm driving. I set my custom electric fans to kick on at 185 when idling in traffic & they cool down to 172. So this 3 core/row radiator is doing a excellent job keeping my motor cool and the air conditioner is even colder now also. Awesome!!! I should've been purchased an aluminum three row radiator... I'm waiting for a heatwave day 🔥 to come now. It's early July 2025. I believe HOT, MUGGY, HUMID days are definitely coming too... Functionality: Works superb so far... Look: Awesome aluminum look compared to the factory plastic & aluminum... Fit: Fit is perfect. No complaints.

Bought this radiator, due to my wife's plastic tanks on her OEM radiator cracking. This is on a 2014 GMC Yukon XL with the 5.3l. Great looking radiator out of the box. All the welds look good and absolutely no plastic! I did not use the transmission cooler, as I installed a separate transmission cooler on this truck prior to the radiator going bad. Installed was 30 minutes. Very simple. Everything lined up properly. I did put some Teflon tape on the nut that holds the drain plug before install. I also pre fitted the OEM alignment tabs on the the bottom of the radiator before install. This required a small piece of rubber hose over the existing aluminum tabs to secure a snug fit to the OEM alignment bushings. I also trimmed 1/4 of an inch off of the fan shroud. All in all, a very simple install and a fairly well made product. I've only put roughly 500 miles on this radiator since purchased, so I can not speak for longevity, however there are no leaks and it cools sufficiently.

The bracket on the passenger side of the radiator does not bolt up to the front of the vehicle properly, either from being designed incorrectly or from being bent during shipping. the spots where the fan assembly "slips" onto the radiator had to be pried out before I could force the fan assembly to sit in its proper place.

Fits great, looks great, only shaved the bottom of fan off a little but truck has been smashed so probably fine if not. Might keep truck a little too cool if you live in cold places. Michigan has been in 20s and my truck stays at 170 since install.
