I love this mat! It’s the perfect size for my workouts which are weight as well as high intensity cardio. I also doubles as a play mat for my kids as it’s on our living room floor. It’s easy to clean and disinfect. My cat has attempted to rip it up with her nails, and it’s holding up better than any other mat we have had. I definitely feel a difference working out on this mat versus my hard wood floors. It’s much easier on my joints. I have had this mat for about 6 months maybe more and it is holding up very well. As a plus on my hard wood floors it stays put and doesn’t slide!

Good size mat for home gym use. Wide and long enough to be able to use for several things. It says no shoes but I’ve been using my shoes to work out on it. It rolls up nicely to store out of the way. It is kind of bigger than your usual mat, but that’s okay. It’s what I wanted for home use. I am glad I got the 6 x 4 ft mat size the bigger one would have been too big for home use.

So far the mat has held up and is great for yoga and more static exercises. I do use some slight jumping and other dynamic activities and it seems to work well enough protecting my joints with some padding--over carpet. It's not thick like some other mats but has a slight padding. Easy to clean and a good size for many exercises.

I've had this for about a month and it's been the best at home workout investment so far. I use it every day. Width is about 2 standard yoga mats togethers. It's nice to have the extra room for various workouts. The Vendor is very specific: no shoes, so I don't use any shoes on it. The prices is extremely reasonable for the quality.I have wood floor and I admit that I do wish it was a bit thicker, but the none grip texture makes it worth it because I'm not slipping and sliding.

I purchased my Pogamat to help create a larger space ready for yoga any time. It fills the space well and is quite inviting. It is non-slip, and works well. My only criticism is that it is too cushy. For my yoga practice I would have preferred it to be a little bit more solid. I place a second mat on top to help it.

This is the best yoga mat I've had. I've had one for years and it never slides. Other mats will eventually start sliding. I used this one where I needed to do front lunges and side lunges, and because of it's size I didn't have to turn around on the mat to change direction.

I love this mat! It’s very cushy without it getting so bulky you can’t move on it. I love the size, it allows me to get a full range of motion on my skaters and curtsy lunges. After 3 days the chemical smell disappeared. The mat stays put well on our hardwood floor. The only issue I do have is if I’m doing push ups or plank and my hands are clammy they will start to slip slightly. But would highly recommend this mat! 😊

The media could not be loaded. I purchased this because I had such a good experience with a pogamat I bought several years ago. I thought I was ordering another one of the same quality. I was going to put them side-by-side on my gym floor. This one is lighter weight and more like the cheap kind you get at the dollar discount store only larger. Same price I paid five years ago. That should’ve been the first sign. I’m returning it.
