Fun project / learning toy
Bought this for my 7 yr old son for Christmas - a huge hit! Easy to follow directions, enough ingredients for each recipe to do them each several times. We've been having a lot of fun with this!

Fun and tastes like something that came out of a zombie lab
My daughter loves this. It takes some parental help and it tastes like crap, but it's fun.

Fun for little kids
From a six year old perspective: this is great! You get to make weird candy and do science type stuff while being slightly morbid. From a parent perspective: under no circumstance would I let my kid wild alone with this, I would likely find moldy gummy slim bugs in the back of a closet. It does definitely require adult supervision and guidance. It does need to be washed immediately after use as some of the experiments seem to turn to cement. And most of the “candy” tastes like what I would imagine the slim of the inside of a garby disposal to taste like.

I think I had more fun making these with the kids than the kids did
I think I had more fun making these with the kids than the kids did! They loved the flavors of things and thought it was pretty cool to "eat barf". Surprisingly everything tasted pretty good. It was very easy to do, but I absolutely recommend an adult helping kids under 8. The instructions are fairly easy to follow and the set up was easy. It can get messy and sticky.

A little disappointing but still fun to play with
A little disappointing but still fun to play with. My son just turned 9 and was really excited to put this together. We took time, read the directions and got all of the pieces put together to start mixing the candy. Once we read further we found out that you inject the candy mixture into the little piece we just snapped together just to take them back out and place it into the fridge for 10min. Why did we put this whole thing together just to take it back apart again and put it in the fridge? While my son did have fun with it he also lost interest pretty quickly and I did too!

Good science experiment toy
My son loves this weird little toy. It grosses me out, personally, but he asks to play with it all the time. It was less than half the price on Amazon so it was very much worth the cost. It does require refill packs eventually but we haven’t run out yet so it does come with quite a bit of the ingredients.

Not worth it
Candy doesn't taste good, very messy, I had to do most of the work as it was a bit too tricky for my child.
