Works on my Ranger, But.....
PROS: I was tired of getting in water at the launch to attach hooks and when I would pull up the ramp the boat would slide back 6" no matter how tight I cranked the strap. Now I just watch from the dock it latched and pull away from ramp. CONS: You have to back the trailer in deeper and slam the boat into latch to activate catch. In addition, with the latch on there is NO WAY to attach both the strap hook and safety trailering hook. Simply isn't enough room in the bow eye!

Impossible
I have been to the lake twice now with out being able to launch. I’m a senior citizen and thought quick connect would be a good way to load the boat since I’m usually fishing alone. I have a 19’ scout bay boat. If the boat shifts at all the latch mechanism will not work. I have adjusted several times with no luck. Tomorrow will tell me if it will work or it’s going back.

I was not able to adjust it myself for my boat
It half way works. I need it adjusted better but when I think I got it, it doesn't stay where I put it. Especially when putting the boat on. Still need two people to get the boat on as it doesn't work the way I thought it would...
