Wsdcam 113dB Bike Alarm Wireless Vibration Motion Sensor Waterproof Motorcycle Alarm with Remote

There are already a lot of photos and videos of this product so I will not beat a dead horse. I can see where there could be some problems with placement of the alarm. If you were to put it in a place that gets more vibration or unmitigated shocks, I could see it being damaged. However, if you think critically about where you place the it, you should not have any problems. I installed this on my ebike and it has been working great. Too good, sometimes, like when I forget to turn it off before unlocking it from the bike rack or going to jump on it to take off from behind my house. Everything works very well though I have not gone in to change settings at all because the first time I pressed any button it was the emergency button, in my bedroom, and it was earsplitting. Seriously the neighbor upstairs probably thought... I don't know what I would have thought but it would have woke up the whole house and my ears were ringing. I have seen the issues some people have with the fob. Maybe they will eventually make one a little stronger so that you can put it on your keys, but for my purposes, I did not even really want this on my key ring and I had a better solution just sitting around anyway, which I will post a picture of. I just wear it around my neck but under my shirt when I have the ebike with me. Works great for me. The price was great for what this thing does. If you get a good lock and have this thing armed, I mean, as soon as a person would go to position their bolt cutter or angle grinder, this thing will start making some noise... very loud noise, and you really have to be in the hood for this to go unnoticed and for it not to scare the hell out of them. When I go into a store in the day I just park the bike in a car spot and arm the alarm. It ain't going anywhere. Try out a flat lanyard like in this photo for the fob and it should not break. For me, this is an easy five star item. I waited a little while to write the review just in case it broke early on but I have about a hundred miles on the bike and everything is perfectly cromulent. I bought this for my son electric scooter after his first one got stolen. The alarm is lound and it goes off with just little movement. Once you set the alarm if someone moves it in anyway that alarm is going off. I think it is a great deterrent from thieves. Great investment.

This alarm surprised me, its price is so low and yet it works VERY WELL! Its super loud like VERY loud. On my bike even a light touch will set off the first warning sound (which is great! Cause people will be deterred immediately). 2 things i wish were better tho are the size and weight of the alarm i wish there was a smaller option even if it means the batter dies quicker. And 2 is the big one i would like them to change!! When using the remote to lock/unlock the alarm the sound goes off at full volume and its painfully loud and immediately gives away the presence of your bike. Pls update this and make the locking/unlocking sound quieter!!

This is the 5th time I purchased exact alarm. It's easy to use and loud enough for the alarm to be heard from the distance. The battery one charge could last for long time.You can use the zip-tight which came with the alarm ,tight the alarm almost anywhere easily. Worth every penny.

Easy to install. Not wires to cut. Batteries dont last a very long time.but it works great. Very loud.

The range is very incredible, bike was in the shed and I was in THE HOUSE and alarm still went off when clicked a button. Very nice loud product at 113db. Not too big either and really easy to zip tie onto bike. Batteries last for about a year which is really good too. Don’t trust those $10 bike alarms, GET THIS ONE!

Easy to install, loud enough, quality sound

This thing is fantastic. Easy to install to the frame of the bicycle I ride, though it's a little too large to mount in a more discreet location. Personally, I prefer the frame given that if they successfully break through my locks, the alarm device is still on the bike and alerting as they ride it away, as opposed to an alarm lock that stays at the scene of the crime once they've broken through the lock or secured to a removable part like the seat, which can be removed quickly with a simple allen key. I love that it gives a warning chirp before fully alerting. Other products will go through a full alarm cycle before resetting every time they are triggered. Not only is it annoying, it's a waste of battery. I love that it has adjustable sensitivity levels. You can set it to a slight touch triggering the alert or someone actually having to handle the bike for it to alert. That range of freedom gives the ride the ability to tailor the alarm to their needs and individual situation. I don't love the plastic zip ties that came with it. The double sided tape made it easy enough to stick it to the frame and forget about it, but I spent an extra few bucks for stainless steel cable ties to secure it to the bike frame. I spent $700 on a bike, so I'm not going to secure it's alarm with 1/8th inch plastic zip ties. Just a nitpick, so no stars deducted. I LOVE the SOS feature. I have to ride a bicycle everywhere because I'm an epileptic. Riding a bicycle still isn't very safe for me, but it's safer for every one else that I don't drive. The SOS feature triggers when you take the bike below 45 degrees and then disables when you right it again. So, if I fall, the alarm triggers, I bike the bike back up and I continue riding. If I have a seizure, I fall, the alarm triggers, people nearby can hear and see that I'm in trouble and call for help. This, above all else, sold this product to me. No other alarm system factored rider safety into the equation. This product is loud, but not "I can't think straight" loud, more "I really wish this thing would turn off" loud. I have my doubts you'd hear it from too, too far away, but if you park your bike near a fairly well monitored area it'll attract attention. I plan to couple this with another piece of equipment that actually alerts me to tampering. 5/5 so far. Really, REALLY impressed with what I got for the price.

After 2 years of buying still working well. They Key chain battery is still working. But buzzer's battery I changed few days ago. Very good build quality.
