Arden Cove Full Anti-Theft Waterproof Cross-Body Bag with Slash-resistant Chain Strap w/Classic Hardware

I never travel with my high-end fashion purses, but wanted a stylish option when traveling in international cities where pickpockets are well known! This purse locks each compartment securely, and still looks super cute. I highly recommend.

I spent a lot of time researching this purse and comparing it to other brands. I got this for my trip to Vegas because I didn’t want anything stolen. I was torn between getting this regular size or the mini size because I hate big purses. I’m so glad I got the regular size. It was perfect for storing everything I needed for the trip (and remember in trios you tend to carry more stuff like maps). In the main pocket I was able to fit 2 epi pens, my iPhone 8, business cards, 2 folded maps, sunglasses, chapstick, rollerball perfume, and my birth control fit perfectly in the zippered pocket. I still had plenty of room in the section. The small section was great for all my credit cards and still had plenty of room for holding other things. The structured design was great because nothing got smooshed. The chain didn’t irritate my neck or shoulders and I have sensitive skin. I got the recommended size chain that’s I think the 20” middle size and it was perfect. I’m 5’4” and I wouldn’t have wanted a longer or shorter size chain.

I wanted to like this purse, but I wish it had a strap instead of a chain. When traveling abroad and walking, I don’t want a chain digging into my shoulder. So that was disappointing. The size also wasn’t what I needed and when evaluating those two things, the cost was just too expensive.

This is a great little travel purse. I can put more in it than it seems. One of the zipper pulls that keeps the zipper from being opened broke during the first use, but it can be used.

Just back from 2 weeks in Athens and Greek Islands and loved this purse for travel. It has all the security options that give piece of mind but it's also cute enough to take for an evening out. It's smaller than what I typically carry but I found the interior design meant I eliminated a wallet and other internal holdalls, plus the position of the purse cross body made it a perfect location to easily get to passport, phone, etc.

Update: I've had the bag for a little more than a year now, and it has started to tear by the smaller compartment. It gives me issues every time I try to close it. And I got the ivory color and it stains very easily and I cannot get it clean. I would suggest finding a different product.The bag tore at the front pocket seam, right by the zipper, so now I can't use it...The other complaint I have is the chain ALWAYS getting all twisted. No matter how many times I straighten it out, it still gets twisted if I take it off just one time...

This purse is so cute! I love the style, it holds more than you think, and is very secure. There was a minor defect with the strap, but the customer service quickly sent me a replacement strap. That was one of the best customer service representatives I've worked with (Thank you Carmen!). Highly recommend!

I originally backed the Navy bag on Indiegogo nearly 3 years ago. I used and abused the bag to the point that the zipper started detaching from the front compartment of the bag. Love the bag so much that I opted to replace it and got it from amazon. I feel like this bag is more improved from the Indiegogo version which was already a great bag. They made a few cosmetic changes too like matching the waterproof coating on the zippers to the Navy (was white before), and making the chain narrower/lighter. I also think the issue I experienced with the front zipper is less likely to occur again since it feels more durable than the Indiegogo version. Props to Arden Cove for making such a great purse, then making it even better.
