Like another reviewer here, I bought these for my modular synthesizer. I've been using 'knurlies' for a while, but they get expensive when you have a lot of modules. I recently bought a large case, so needed something better than regular M3 screws, and at $8 for 100, these fit the bill perfectly.I just wish I'd found these ten years ago, before some of my older modules got their 'rack rash'.

Bought these for my eurorack setup and they work great! They will strip if you try to crank them down, especially if using a power driver. Best to install them with the appropriate size of screwdriver, and gently tighten, don't overtighten.

At first, these were great. They are effectively single use, though. They strip very easily and some didn't work well from the start. There are enough in the pack to toss the ones that don't align well.They served the purpose, but I'll buy metal screws next time.

Well, they screw! They are black and the price was right. What else could you ask for?

They fit, low rash threat but I'll not buy these again. I need longer, in metal that holds to mag dish.
