I bought my HD2000 just under a year ago and it worked fantastic the first growing season...so much better and more effective than a hand pump sprayer. When I went to start it up in the spring again a few weeks ago, after winterizing it, I couldn't get the battery to charge and hold enough power to run the unit. I called customer support with 5 days left in the one year warrantee. Mikey was great. She helped solve the problem which seemed like it had to be the battery. Upon prompt receipt of the battery, the unit worked great, however when trying to fully charge the battery it turned out the charger wasn't charging the battery. Petra and Mikey faithfully stood by the product and send me a new charger. Great product and greater customer service. Can't lose with this company. All the best, Karl

I purchased this unit in March 2023, replaced manual sprayers and even a backpack one i had that was frustrating to use with the manual pump. This made spraying weeds extremely easy, walk around, aim & pull the trigger. Used for a few times, then put away in my basement for the winter. This March 2024, went to use and it did not work, even though battery was fully charged it did not work. I called customer service, spoke with Nina. She listened to my issue, with out even trying to put blame on me, offered to send a replacement unit out to me, no charge. This was a Thursday, replacement arrived the that Monday. Nina followed up to make sure I received and if I had any questions.

This us a great sprayer with excellent product support. One of the spray nozzles broke while I was cleaning it. Contacted their support via email and Anne immediately replaced it. Buy American Made!!

Compact and powerful. Attachments make easy to use. Very productive, got work done in half of the time.

This product was buggy from the beginning but is now completely unusable. The battery meter has never worked properly, but I could live with that... not worth the hassle of returning. After only a couple of uses last year, It has now developed cracks in both the handle and shaft of the wand. The plastic has deteriorated over the winter? I know it was dry when I put it away and has never beed dropped or abused. I contacted support through their chat and the assistant (who was very nice and even called me to resolve the issue) sent me links to an upgraded wand for $30 and a $20 "upgraded" handle, neither of which came with my sprayer. Oh well, I guess it's better than an unusable sprayer. It was out of warranty so I had to pay for the parts.

the charge lasts a long time. So much quicker not having to stop a pump up the tank.

Sprayer took my spraying from 45 min with a small hand sprayer to 5 minutes with this - well worth the investment. My nozzle broke immediately and Anne with customer service was excellent and I received a replacement nozzle no questions asked within 2 days.

Well made quality sprayer! Holds a charge for a long time and has a lot of nice spray head options, quality heavy duty fittings!

Been spraying until the sun went down!!!I’ve never had so much fun applying liquids like I have been since I got home to my brand new HD2000 from @petratools!!!This backpack sprayer is such an awesome piece of professional equipment with all the features you could need to assist you with any application!Included in the box(in the tank for those who haven’t checked🤪)is everything you need to get the job done including but not limited to 4 different/adjustable nozzles for every different application you could imagine from spraying a soft, almost atomized fog to a powerful jet like spray that will hit what you want from over 10 feet away!!Using the pressure dial on the bottom side is VERY handy when you’re wanting to quickly switch from gentler watering to a more powerful mist or fog at the turn of a knob and twist of a nozzle, it’s as easy as that!!!Go check out @petratools and give them a shout if you’re interested in talking to some very friendly knowledgeable people and acquire some very heavy duty equipment for your growing arsenal!!

I had contacted Petra Tools as I had lost one of the clips from the waist strap.Tin replied to my email very quickly and arranged to send me a replacement for the lost clipThanks Tin for the great customer service.My Petra sprayer has been performing flawlessly.
