## Description

Product Description

Review: Stunning, buckwheat & Dandelion - I recently tried buckwheat & dandelion raw, unheated, unfiltered honey, and it exceeded all my expectations! The rich, robust flavor of the buckwheat combined with the distinctive floral notes of dandelion creates a beautifully complex taste that is both earthy and sweet. I love the thick, velvety texture, which spreads easily and adds a delightful touch to my morning toast and tea. Knowing that it's raw and unfiltered means I’m getting all the natural goodness and nutrients, making it a healthier choice for sweetening my favorite recipes. Plus, it’s sustainably sourced, which is a big bonus for eco-conscious consumers. I have just ordered 2 more and hope they continue to get it stocked. I regularly buy 2-3 jars of buckwheat each month as raw, unfiltered, unheated honey retains beneficial enzymes, antioxidants, and nutrients, offering immune support, aiding digestion, and potentially soothing coughs and allergies and has antibacterial properties. I will now happily change to this flavour and brand as their genuine passion for bees and the environment truly shines through in their products. I HIGHLY recommend this honey not just for the brand's ethical sourcing practices but because this product a must-try for anyone looking to elevate their culinary experience or just needing a perfect cup of tea!
Review: Brilliant, first quality raw honey - Lovely, tasty, runny, easy to spread real honey I do recommend the producer to report all these bad reviews of uneducated people regards crystalization. They don't know how to use honey so that it won't crystalize and then they blame the producer. Yes, real honey crystallizes... Each honey crystallizes differently (it depends on the type of honey, its type and the method of storage). The amount of glucose affects the speed and ease of crystallization, therefore rapeseed honey crystallizes and changes into "butter" the fastest. My honey didn't crystalize as I simply know how to use it... You can't buy a vacuum cleaner, restrict the oxygen intake into the engine and then complain that it broke and it's faulty. I feel sorry for the beekeeper that he has to deal with all these uneducated people spreading bad rumors about his great product. Please educate yourself guys and then submit your reviews...

## Features

- 🍯NATURALLY BENEFICIAL: Honey is a natural sweetener, so it's great for baking or being added to tea or coffee. It also has antibacterial and antimicrobial properties, so it's useful as a remedy for sore throat and other ailments related with colds. It also contains antioxidants, has anti-inflammatory properties, and can help to improve sleep quality. Honey can be used as natural moisturizer as well.
- 🐝 RAW: Raw honey is the most natural form of honey. It is unpasteurized and has not been heated, so the enzymes are intact. This allows you to use it as a face mask or a hair mask. Moreover, this honey still contains all the natural enzymes, vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants which make it so beneficial for your health.
- 🌻 FRESH & PURE: Our honey is also directly from Polish beekeepers. We only sell honey which was produced by bees in uncominated areas of Poland, far from industrial hustle and bustle. As such, it has not been exposed to any chemicals or pollutants.
- 💛 UNPROCESSED: Our honey is 100% natural and does not contain any additives or preservatives. It has not been processed in any way - it is unheated, unblended, unprocessed, and unpasteurized.
- 🟡 PACKAGING: We sell our honey in a glass jar, which preserves all of its freshness and goodness.
