These mats are a godsend for baking cookies. No issues.

I had a little trouble making sure the mesh was totally cleaned as I never had one of these before, but it works beautifully. I made some puff pastries and for the first time EVER, they came out crispy in the bottom where it always were kind of soggy from butter and other liquids. I'm in love! Totally recommend:)

I love these mats for my Decorated Sugar Cookies. The back of the cookie has the cool pattern from the mat and even color (unlike parchment paper). The cookies need to come out of the oven as soon as the sides are firm. The edges are perfectly crispy and the center is soft. I have 8 of them and rotate four cookie sheets with mats in and out of my double convection ovens. I never feel they are ready clean after soaking in hot soapy water but I think that is just the texture of the silicone mat.

This is a perfect mat for baking cookies - I got two and feel like I need another one to speed up the baking process. Once the cookies cool down it’s easy to transfer them to a rack. The mat is easy to clean and store

I LOVE these mats, I first used them when I realized I ran out of parchment paper and now I want to use them for EVERY thing in the oven, they bake so nicely without even making a smell! 10/10 recommend!!
