at what time of the day or night should I put it on? is it compatible with the sun rays?

Well , my skin is oily so I put it on at night. Lately I've been putting it on my washcloth when I use my face soap. Don't really know if it's working. Wish I could be more help. Id "Google it" about the sun rays. I may check on it myself.
