I’ve been using one of these chargers for less than a month, and already it doesn’t work. I get the “accessory not supported” message. Would not recommend these.Updated: Shortly after posting this review, the company sent me another set of cables, without any prompt from me (other than this review). They definitely have great customer service! I’ve been using the new cables now for a week, and no issues thus far. Will update this review if I experience any further issues

It’s been a few months so I’m now outside of my return period but I feel quite disappointed that with normal daily use, two have already died and now I’m left with just one charger...the quality looked great but apprarentky, the wiring underneath is not long lived...Update 11/7/17 - seller immediately contacted me to send free replacements. I’ll uodate again if it doesn’t happen and/or the new ones go bunk. For now, I’m satisfied with the sellers reaching out to me upon review so I’ve upped the stars to 3!Update 12/23 - the see sent me a new pack immediately and they are all working so far!! So I’m updating stars to 5 given the amazing service and recovery.

Two of the cables stopped working after a little more than a month. The construction is great but only if you use them to tie something or hang picture frame but as a charger no way in hell those works. Maybe it's better to spend more money and buy and apple cable.Update 1:I was contacted by the seller and they are sending me new cables, so I will add an extra star because of that. I will happily add all the stars if the new cable works as they should.Updated 2:I got the new cables. So far so good. The costumer service is great! I mean, They replaced the cables without asking.Update 3 04/08/18The replaced cables worked until today. Yesterday one of them stopped working and today the second one stopped working as well. I think it will be hours for the last one to stopped working. The product work for a couple of months, so I will recommend to spend your money somewhere else.Update 4 04/21/18The seller sent a replacement cables. It's clear the customer services es great. this is the second time they do this without asking them to do it.

First reviewed this with 4 stars having the item for 1 week. Now that we have had it for a bit longer 2 of the charges don't work now. Now it gets 1 star. Company sent new ones I have not tested to see if they work. Keep emailing me to change my review. I can't say of new ones work or not haven't tried them yet.

I am disappointed, two out of the three have crapped out already and I have not had them for a year yet. I am careful with my chargers and I usually do well with chargers. I bought these to preserve my original iphone charger, one for the car, for my purse and my office. I currently have one that is fully functional and now I have to buy more. One of my chargers not even a month after having it, the actual cord started coming through the fibers and I had the cut the nylon because it started interfering with the functionality of my charger. *******************************************************I was offered new cables, without exchanging. I changed my rating from 2 to 5 stars to be fair due to the promptness of their response and the customer service, I am looking foward to the new cables!

WARNING!!!! IF YOU BUY THESE YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO USE APPLE CHARGERS AGAIN!!My phone no longer charges properly with the Apple chargers after using these. The chargers work and I like the price but I do not like the fact that they completely altered my charger port. To clarify, I had a number of other iphone users try my Apple chargers to ensure it wasn't the charger. I ended up giving them away since the issue pertained to my phone.Update: have been contacted by seller to try new cables. I will update this accordingly.Update #2: The chargers work as normal. I would give the company 5 stars on customer service with them immediately shipping me new cords. However, my phone will never go back to being normal. I tried an Apple charger that works perfectly for my friend. I received a message stating that it was not supported with my device lol. So I will forever need to buy these chargers for the life of my phone since I wont be able to use the original Apple charger. It is fine for now. But I will not use these chargers with a new phone.

Update: 33.3% of my money was refunded to make up for the defective cable.2 of the 3 cables work very well and are as expected based on the other great reviews. However, one of the 3 just doesn't really work. It charges but so slowly that it might take an hour just to gain 5% on my phone.

I was very impressed with the look of the cables when I received my package. They are braided smoothly, plastic pieces are smoothly cast and best of all pretty...useless. Only one out of the three cables actually works. One of the ends looked charred or scratched up. EDIT: I have received a response from the seller and they are willing to send replacements. I will update this review a third time when I get the new cables and try those out. EDIT #2: I received my replacements pack of cables really fast and I’m super happy with how quickly customer service responded to me. All three of the replacement cords work and I’m very happy with them. I will update if the cords go funky anytime soon. (I’m very careful with my charger cords after buying Apple cords for so long.) And recommend to the seller, please do quality inspection before sending out your product—but keep up the excellent work with customer service and interaction.
