It Works
I'm 57 years old. I used to get up at least 3-4 times a night to take a leak, and even then, it was like a dripping faucet. Before going to see a Dr. and get a Rx for Flomax I decided top give these a try. I understand ordering supplements is a crapshoot. Very rarely do they deliver on what's advertised. I'm happy to report that's not the case with these. Within the first few days of taking them, my night time trips to the bathroom have all but disappeared. Also my flow is a lot stronger and no leakage afterwards. I endorse these 100%. You should see results within the first couple of weeks, at the very most. For me, it was within the first week. I'm grateful for this product.

The Jury Is Still Out!
I haven't really noticed any real difference or improvement with urinating so frequently. I have been taking it consistently for 3+ weeks. So, the jury is still out. Once I have finished the P-Keeper, I'll be able to assess better.

Bad side effect
After about a week taking these capsules my bowels got real loose and I was "going" 3 or 4 times a day. Stopped taking them and bowels were normal again. Tried being off for a week or two and starting again and after a couple of days the same bowel problem came back. The rest of the bottle went in the garbage bin.
