Perfect replacement for my furnace.
The motor is a direct replacement for my old one. Works well and is quiet. All wires are terminated correctly. If you can hook up a car stereo, you can do this. No shade on the seller but, it took a minute to get it. Arrived within a week- OK I guess. Amazon's love affair with the USPS has changed apparently.

Work Great. Straightforward Replacement if Documented Well in Advance for Wiring Connections
Replaced a failed motor for one of my 2 Lennox Furnace Model G40UH-48B-090's. The unit arrived to my house a coupled days earlier than Amazon scheduled. Thanks for this, I completed the replacement before the hash snow attacked Texas this year. It has been several days since and this new motor has worked well to keep our house warm. As the others pointed out, the 3 legs of the mount that bolt to the motor cage are indeed thin and flimsy, though it seems that it is not that critical. After all the 3 bolts are tightened, the motor does work without much vibration. I documented carefully the wirings of the replaced motor to the control board before I started to replace. With the help of a piece of paper coming with the new motor explaining how to set up speed by choosing colored wire, the wiring for the new motor went straightforward.

Ahead of schedule and way under budget.
Replaced the motor in my furnace blower. Big HVAC charged me about $700 when this happened 8 years ago. Things that spin tend to wear out. I'm okay with that. A wrench, a few nut drivers and job was easily done. Motor fit perfect. it was a 1 on the difficulty and issueometer. Furnace is 18 years old. Game on! Saved at least $500 by DIY. Oh yeah, Amazon promised in on Tuesday, but it arrived 3 days early. When my AC and Furnace finally give out beyond my repair, I'm ordering those online also. BIggest bonus, wife is happy!

Perfect Replacement
This motor came with the mounts and bolted right up to the fan housing. The motor is universal and will connect to many different speed configurations. I had the AC on, in about an hour after I started the job. My trick was to cut the old motor wires where they connect to the board leaving the color pigtails as a guide and then replace them one at a time. I just taped up the wires I didn't need. I love it when it goes so easy.

Perfect replacement for G16Q4X-75 blower motor
Old blower motor was having problems starting and was louder than it should have been. My furnace and house used only a single speed (low) setting for heating and (high) for cooling. On heating, the motor would run for a few heat cycles but then would stop starting and hum while stalled. When cooling the motor started fine, but was loud. I verified that the motor wasn't bound up, and the capacitor was fine. The motor would get hot if stalled, and the motor's thermal overload protection would trip. The new motor has 3 fins that match the original and it bolts directly in. The motor turns much more freely than the original, and is very quiet under operation for both heating and cooling.Side note: I was able to get the old motor to limp along by wiring up a (medium) speed for heat till the new motor arrived. Not ideal, but... After inspecting the old motor after removal, the bearings were indeed not turning freely and probably resulted in burning it out the lower speed windings.
