It works....read reviews and thought alI would give it a go, noticed a huge difference in a week of taking it, I am neurodiverse and in perimenapause so memory difficulties and brain fog of both things have been really affecting me, since taking this (alongside my HRT) I have found my brain feels better, I can remember things more easily and absorb things better, brain fog is more or less gone and I almost feel like my old self. I've been taking these for a couple of months now and I definitely wake up feeling more alert and with less brain fog throughout the day. It's difficult to say whether I feel more energetic but my focus and concentration has improved. I take just one a day. They are on the larger size for a capsules so if you have trouble swallowing capsules they may not be for you. I would recommend if you suffer with menopausal brain fog and have difficulty concentrating.

So why no one speaks about the very first time of taking NAD??? Lol .... everything godod for metabolism causes massive bowl movement and this one is one of them. I had taken a day off I walked out of work because I couldn't risk exploding there and embarassing my self.
