I hung these from my canopy over decking but found they weren’t long enough and birds still flew into the windows. Bought another lot and could tie together as they have holes both ends. Brilliant!!

I have hung these around the conservatory as pigeons liked to perch on the gutters and make a mess. These have scared them off as intended. However as they are lightweight some of them have swung upwards in the wind and landed in the gutter above, so I have to climb up ladders to retrieve them. I have shortened the elastic from which they hang in the hope that this will not keep happening, but they have definitely deterred the birds in a harmless and attractive way. I hung them from clips also ordered from Amazon which are used for Christmas lights.

We purchased these to stop the crows from attacking cars and our windows but although they look nice the crows are not stopping, It stopped small birds from entering the car port and kept bat out too, But not working on those crows lol

So far they’ve kept the birds away from my pots and my freshly planted seeds, so they seem to be working well. They look pretty too when they twirl in the wind.

Didn’t work for me to scare off any birds unfortunately. Maybe use for decor

Opinions differ on whether these things actually do any good, but I've had pigeons absolutely obliterate my plum tree the last two years in a row, and had to try something. These dangly shiny things really seem to be working - the pigeons just haven't been landing in the tree since we put them up. They're easy to hang up with the stretchy elastic loops and they look okay. They're very light, so in strong wind they flap around and get caught up in the branches, but it's easy to untangle them again.

Bought these to deter the wood pigeons from eating every last damson. This year I am hopeful that I can rescue a few damsons on the lower branches. These are very light and easy to attach. They look attractive on the tree and have a pleasing action in the breeze.

Still got lots of wood pigeons and they're defecating everywhere
