Excellent customer service. I got the men's size but we still needed a couple extra links so it would fit my husband's wrist . I called Movado and told them and without any questions they immediately sent them to me Did not charge me very very very good people to work with.

I absolutely love this watch I think the price is amazing for a Movado Bold. It scared me people saying it was a fake but it showed it could be returned so I took the chance and it payed off. Definitely a real Movodo

It is lovely watch but it came without the clear protecion over the screen and with a slight defect on band...I mean for the price - I expected a 5 star item.The worst part was trying to report it and get help...sadly I got like $30 back...I eventually got fed up of the back forth and accepted that...

I am a big fan of movado and as result my wife suprises me with this movado as a graduate gift after finishing my RN program. This is a counterfeit 2.0 item which hurts me and my wife as well. Real movado watches are SWISS made because they are made in Switzerland and if you open the real movado, there will be 'MOVADO' on the machine or swiss made to prove that it is authentic. But in this particular watch, made in China is what is written. I will definitely make a complaint to AMAZON because such act is ruining their image. My wife paid over $500 but am returning it and will eventually be refunded. Please stay away... SCAM.
