The team was incredibly receptive to my feedback on the initial design; they even shared a revised creative at no additional cost to ensure it was perfect.The build quality is top-notch, and my boss absolutely loved it! It’s easily one of the most memorable gifts you can give to family, friends, or colleagues.One minor suggestion for the team: It would be great to have an option to upload multiple photos (left/right profiles). Currently, flipping a single image to fit the design can make the face look a bit unrelatable. Having profile-specific uploads would make the likeness perfect.Highly recommended for anyone looking to create long-lasting memories!

Very poor experience
Very poor experience. I gave them a photo to use to customize my gift. I didn't even get a preview of how it would look - a basic expected feature. It was my brother playing a trumpet. The product delivered had some random person with a French beard sitting in a suit with his travel bags. Essentially, they just customized the face.. Supposedly. What a disappointment. And it was supposed to be a happy occasion for my brother's 50th birthday.

Its goodBut one suggestion i want to give that the the structure of the carry catcher should be as per the person photo send to you.To whom I have gifted this is little bulky but the carry catcher is slim.Only this should also be taken care
