When reviewing any product with a holistic quality, I like to play the long game. I started taking this product about 6 months ago. I initially started with the period sos (which I do prefer due to the texture). I've had a hard time finding that one on Amazon. The period SOS is the exact same ingredients with a more balm like consistency. At first the product didn't seem to work. I did like the warming effect while on those heavy menopausal cycles I tend to get. I did exactly as the Instructions say. That's alot of product and it is rather expensive. After a month I combined using this product every day, twice a day with a lipsomal menopausal support vitamin, Myo and D chiro inositol (which I mix with collagen into my cold brew every morning). This is my "holy grail". I have never felt better. My mood swings are GONE, hot flashes GONE, hair loss slowed, dry irritated skin GONE. I could go on about how much this product has helped me. Here is how I apply. I do NOT follow the printed instructions. It's far too much product for me. I simply dip the tip of my finger (washed n cleaned) into the product (just the tip ladies haha). Then apply a portion to inside of each elbow (remember it has a warming effect yall). I do this in the morning before work and the evening before bed. I do switch spots with my wrists and sometimes my lower stomach. That little amount is all you really need. This is not a cure all. It helps in conjunction with other types of support. It may not work for everyone but does wonders for me. I also use an ionic liquid magnesium in my water which helps with the sleep problems. I hope this helps someone out there feel more like they used to and alot less crappy. Remember I didn't see immediate results and almost gave up. I stuck with it, made some personal tweeks and I feel 20 years younger. Best of luck to all the beautiful ladies suffering and feeling hopeless.

This actually helps use generously but also sparingly multiple times in a 24 hours period cause my experience has been pretty horrid. This stuff has helped stay consistent 🥰 I only wish I could afford more 😔

I'm not sure if this works to prevent hot flashes because I can't afford to put large quantities of it on my belly and inner thighs like it instructs you to do cuz it's such a small container. however, I will say when I get a hot flash I take a little bit of it and I rub it into my inner wrist and it pretty much immediately shuts it down. So that's pretty amazing. I would keep a jar of it around just for that. However this jar went quickly.

I've purchased this multiple times and will continue using it till my symptoms of perimenopause are over. It's helps my hot flashes go from extreme and multiple times a day to mild and only a couple times a day.

This is wonderful product for those suffering with thyroid issues. No more pills. All you need is this rubbed on your neck, thyroid area, and you will begin to feel the difference. I recommend it very much use it every day.

funciona, la utilizo todo el mes dos o tres veces al día, menos una semana, imitando el periodo. A ver, no te los quita del todo pero bajan bastante la intensidad y la cantidad póntela Justo antes de ir a dormir, si te despiertas a media noche una gotita más y te libras de los sofocos al menos unas horas 😅 tiene un efecto calor y calmante la compré en mayo, estamos en febrero y todavía tengo para dos meses, así que dura un año más o menos Es un poco cara pero merece la pena el precio

me gusta su textura y facil absorcion para utilizar de noche, antes de dormir y he notado mejoria en los sofocos y subidones de calor que antes no podia controlar. lo uso casi todas las noches y voy por el tercer mes. tendrian un envase mas grande?
