These are wonderful at relieving Achilles tendinitis. They help with the pain of everyday walking around. They fit in my lifting shoes, running shoes and probably any shoe you want it too. Highly recommend

Instantly relieved my pain. I sell products at craft fair markets, and standing all day/weekend kills me with the pain, these helped so much, should have purchased a long time ago! I do wish they had a bit of grip on bottom so can be worn with sandals without sliding, maybe they'll see my comment and design that, that would make them over the top perfection. I even wear them around the house with my flip flops(warning they slide out), while baking, a life saver.

I bought 5 different types of heel cups, and incerts and these were the only ones that didn't slip and actually felt comfortable. I barely even notice they are there and my heel pain is reduced when wearing them.

My achilles feels a little better with these but I have to look for a better and thicker brand. The are worn down easily.

Very happy with this and made a big difference. I wish there was something to make it stick to my shoe, but otherwise worked well.

My Achilles were hurting so bad so I ordered these and they do help! They don’t take the pain away but diminish it.

I tried another product before buying this one. It didn't work that well. These inserts are great. They don't have any adhesive, but fit perfectly into my walking shoes and stay in place. I have AT in my right leg now, and the insert has made a huge difference in the pain when I walk. I have had AT in the past with the left leg and my heel in that foot has been bothering me a bit lately. I put an insert into that shoe this morning and it completely removed the discomfort. I've just bought a second pair.

I usually never rate a product the very next day but this deserves it. I used these wedges in my shoe yesterday and for the first time this morning I stood on the floor with no pain. I know that sounds crazy. How could 1 day of putting a wedge in your shoe work for months of pain in your feet and heel??? I don't have the answer but it did. For the price you cant afford to not try them. It worked for me I bet it can work for you. I will be purchasing at least another 3 pairs for other shoes.

No more pain in my achilles tendonitis. I have a ripped tendon and these work great. I weigh 215 lbs and I used it while pregnant too. They are great. 2nd pair I'm purchasing.

These heel cups have been very helpful with aligning my foot into the right position. Therefore alleviating a lot of pain. I accidentally washed them and they cam out just fine!
