A: I’ve put it up against the couch cushion to lay on to help with back pain, and Lay the pad on the pillow for my stiff neck while awake and have had no issues.

I have had this heating pad for 7 months and it’s amazing. I don’t even go beyond setting 3 because it’s really hot even when wearing layers. I use it for sore lower back and it’s a staple piece in my bed. Size is good for cover lower back and can wrap around the waist if you are thin. I love the time settings so it shuts off by itself when I fall asleep.
