Yum!
I agree with other users that the mix is a bit difficult to dissolve, but it eventually gets there. This tastes great and not at all artificial and doesn't have the bad aftertaste that so many products have. I have been mixing this in with my regular mint-flavored hot cocoa along with oat milk or almond milk to reduce sugar and calories. I still get the mint but now 1/2 the calories. This is also very rich and chocolately - which I love. It's expensive but I feel I'll continue to purchase it so long as the quality remains consistently high.

My new favorite
When my favorite low-carb/low-calorie hot chocolate (Nomu Skinny) went unobtanium in the middle of winter, I went on a search to find a suitable replacement. All the ones I tried tasted awful until I tried "Gosh That's Good". It's flavor is a little different than the Nomu I was used to, but it's at least as good. Another big plus for this product is that it's quite a bit cheaper on a per-cup basis than most of these low-carb/low-calorie hot chocolate mixes. I find their recommended amount to be a bit rich for my taste. I use a rounded teaspoon per cup (same as I did for the Nomu) and it's about right. I mix it with Silk brand unsweetened cashew milk that I get at Walmart. It's extra creamy and makes a delicious hot chocolate. Highly recommended. The wife uses it for the cream in her coffee too. One minor gripe I have is that this mix clumps like crazy and it takes extra effort to get it to mix thoroughly. Every single low-carb/low-calorie hot chocolate mix I've tried does this, so this is not a unique problem. My solution is to put about an inch of the cashew milk into a cup, microwave it to a boil, then toss in a rounded teaspoon of the mix and stir it vigorously. Next I spend a minute or so smashing the clumps against the inside wall of the cup, scraping them off, and stirring more to work out the clumps. When all the clumps are gone, I fill the cup all the way with more cashew milk, stir, and microwave it until hot. It's more trouble than I'd like it to be, but it's not that bad, and the end result is clump-free and delicious. Another minor gripe is the packaging is not easy to scoop from and also not resealable. So I dump it into a former Folger's plastic can that has a plastic removable top. I also keep it in the fridge to keep it fresh. Works for me, but it'd sure be better if it came already packaged that way. Neither of these gripes are big enough for me to subtract a star. I'm thrilled to finally find something comparable to the no-longer-available Nomu Skinny Hot Chocolate.

Great option for sugar free hot cocoa!
I like a big 20 oz mug of hot cocoa. I heat up 10 oz of milk in the microwave, mix in 4 TBS of this mix while I heat up 10 oz of water which I then mix in and this stuff is awesome! Great flavor! It does take a lot of stirring to get it to mix in the lumps, but worth every second!

So Good.
So, my doc said to watch the blood glucose. This fits the bill. I'm short on words today, but if I had 1K characters to type, I would. A little powder in my coffee is a lovely sweet treat. The only drawback is it doesn't dissolve immediately. Small inconvenience. I will reorder.

Rich flavor with no sugar
I became aware of this product at my favorite coffee kiosk in Washington State. They made my favorite drink better than anywhere else and I finally asked what brands they used. This was one of the them. I've bought it for my own home use ever since! Mixes fairly well in hot coffee but takes more stirring in cold. It's worth it though and I will absolutely buy it for as long as it's available

I would pass on it
It’s OK it’s not that great especially for the price. It is way too expensive to taste like this.

Best Tasting SF Cocia Drink Powder EVER!!
This cocoa powder (also available in white chocolate) is the BEST I’ve found for making my 4-5 daily sugar-free oat milk mochas! I’ve used it for years & was worried that I wasn’t going to be able to find it when our local coffee hut supply place closed rather suddenly. Thank God that I found it here!! I get it on subscription —saves a little $$ & guarantees I never run out. I’ve tried many others & always come back to this powder. So, if you need sugar-free cocoa & you love your daily mocha or hot cocoa, this is the one to get!!
