I picked up this 8-pack of Straame gas for my portable single-burner stove, and honestly, the value is hard to beat. Gas canisters can be a total rip-off at local shops, so getting a bulk pack like this delivered is much easier on the wallet. The best thing about them is the overall performance for the price. They are standard bayonet-style cans, so once you line up the notch on the rim and lock the lever down, they work a treat. I was a bit worried they might be weak or sputter, but they produce a steady blue flame and handled cooking my breakfast without any drama. Each bottle seems to last just as long as the more expensive brands you find in camping stores, which was a nice surprise. The main annoyance is the metal collar on the top feels a tiny bit softer than the premium ones. You have to be careful when you are lining up the notch in the stove cradle, as you don't want to bend the rim or it won't seal properly. One thing to watch out for is that the safety lever on the front of the stove can be a bit stiff with these, so just double-check you have it sitting dead-centre before you force the lock down. If you are a camper or just someone who uses these single-burner stoves for a quick brew or a BBQ, these are an easy recommendation. They do exactly what they are supposed to do and keep the running costs right down.

Arrived on time ( just left on doorstep!!) using them this weekend on a camping trip 😩 🌧️☔️🌂 Hopefully we will stay warm and dry. These fit my inside heater as well as the cooker.

Delivered on time. Box was tattered and torn and no protective foam or anything, so a bit dodge considering it's gas but other than that, does what it says on the tin.
