I bought this for my parents. They are strong believers of sea cucumbers' health benefits. And they are very experienced with sea cucumbers.Here are the comments from them:1> The sizes of the sea cucumbers are good. But they are not spiky, except one. The spiky sea cucumbers are better.2> They understand that sea cucumbers naturally have some sands in them. BUT there is one is stuffed with sands. Please see the attached pictures. The pile of sands is from that one sea cucumber.The package is good. The seller is promote with shipment and question. But we will not buy it again. The non-spiky sea cucumbers (my parents even don't call them sea cucumbers. It may be a different specie) should be much cheaper.We will not buy again. Since the purpose of eating them for my parents is to improve overall health. If you are buying it to just make a dish, I guess this is good.

I am experienced with rehydrating sea cucumber, and in fact for many years. I bought the large size this time, but I noticed it is not large size at all. There are 18 pieces in total, but only 2-3 can be unwillingly said large, although they were still smaller than the ones I bought last year (but the vendor has not sold the product any longer); the reminder are quite small. Not happy!

I buy these two a while back. After I got done with the smaller size a week back, I’m going through the larger size. But I find a lot of smaller pieces combined. I wish all of the sea cucumbers are the same that way I don’t have to cut them to make same portions.Don’t get me wrong about the quality of these, they are good. Just a little disappointed that the pack includes smaller sized portions.

it is packed really good in a sealed bag, and my dad soaked and cooked the half lbs at once, then frozen them. So every morning we can take one piece soak it in small cup just a little bit, then later eat it with soy source, it will help to build up the immune system for winter time and prevent to get in sick.

The package doesn’t indicate the size. I bought the medium size ones but what in the bags (2) were tiny. The product couldn’t be returned hence I will have to dispute the payment via my credit card company.

I bought the medium and found they are much smaller than expected even after two-day dehydrating. And what surprised me is I found on the bar code "humanely farmed" instead of "wild caught" on the site of Amazon. It's strange! Why?
