good price and dose
To reach a 40 mg dose, you would take two pills; if you ever want to use a 20 mg dose, you can take a single pill. This is a very good choice! Remember to take it with oil or oily food for the best bioavailability. Lycopene is fat-soluble, so it gets absorbed much better into your system that way.

Not a 40mg capsules, not.
My usual 40mg Lycopene was temporarily unavailable so purchased this one. But it's not a 40mg capsule, it's 40mg PER serving and a serving size is 2. If you think you're getting a 120 day supply it's really 60. If the 40mg capsule is hard for you to swallow this is half the size. Just think the advertising is misleading.

No noticeable difference…
Have been taking for over a year and increased from 20 to 40 mg soft gels… Can’t really notice any difference? Unsure of the effectiveness.

On arrival found 90% solidly glued together and unable to remove from bottle. Tried probing apart with limited success.

Money into a deep dark hole.
I have used the product before and find they work well. I recommend the product if you can get it. However, getting the product, there’s the rub. I ordered and paid for these capsules on 17 April. It’s now 2 July and the order status is still showing “delivery date currently unavailable”. I no longer have the option to cancel the order and, at this stage, I doubt that I’m ever going to get the capsules. The lack of communication is as galling as the money wasted.
