Update 2-23-26 : Bought a new one from Home Depot and had plumber installed. Works perfect. Amazon and eFaucets mfr issued a return for $498.68 (includes rewards applied). Very much appreciated. Product 5 star review. A bit of a hassle getting the defective one return but want to give credit where credit is due. Amazon and Mfr. made things right. Original Review - Lost $444.53. Replace my countertops, backsplash sink and InSinkErator. Plumber installed. Within 3 days the InSinkErator was not working. Water did not stop when turned off. When it finally did, constantly dripped. None of the AI "help" for leaks provided by Amazon worked. When I went to return, they said I could not if it had been installed (huh?!, how do you know if it works if not installed!!!) and not in the original box "like new". Amazon only has customer help by AI answers. AI keeps repeating the same answers over and over which are not helpful. I think after a decade this may be the first thing I have ever returned to Amazon and it was a very disappointing result. Going to purchase less on Amazon if this is the return policies/help.

We had this faucet added to our kitchen remodel which finished about a month ago. I knew this was just the faucet when I purchased it. The tank is a separate item. The faucet works perfectly. Having the option for filtered cold water or filtered instant hot water has been an upgrade in our kitchen that I will now need to have in every place I live in going forward. It is without question the upgrade that gets used the most. The build quality is great. It's a solid faucet. We had a plumber come and install everything for us and he did a great job. I would recommend this faucet.

We ran this faucet through a water filter first which of course requires extra equipment. My husband installed it and he’s really good with plumbing so it’s done correctly. The cold water portion CONSTANTLY drips. We try to tighten the screw around the water handle which may help it stop for a short period but will start right up again as soon as we use it. Mine is one of many reviews that complains of this. Don’t waste your time and money.

We had a plumber install this faucet for our Reverse Osmosis filter. It works well, the instant hot is very hot and is great for instant tea or coffee. The cold water has decent pressure and works well too. Overall I like the look and functionality of it. It works well for us!

I just replaced the same unit after 14 years of use. Handles started leaking 12-13 years in but we just wiped up after using it. Finally replaced the above sink faucet and re-attached it to the existing water heater and filter. Simple enough fix but $355 just for the faucet, ouch! Well if I get another 14 years out of this one, I suppose that is OK. As far as function, our water is pretty good in western WA but we drink the filtered water which comes out as clean as any RO system I've used. The hot water is where the value is. Instant tea, oatmeal, cleaning greasy utensils or pans... we use it several times throughout the day. All-in-all worth the money.

The nozzle has been sputtering. the plumber tried to adjust it and when he called the INSINERATOR help line the suggestion was to wait till a tech from the company could come up to see to it. That would be months down the road. I would like to return it, very disappointing however buying from Amazon won't give me that option at this date. It has been a few months, not a year . I would stay away from this product.

Works great. East to install. Used this to replace an older model and replaced the heater tank at the same time. I purchased the digital insinkerator heater and they pair well. I have not had any dripping and I use it with an RO system. I installed a pressure tank to help keep this system properly pressurized. Very happy that I upgraded.
