Vitamin C...what can I say? You take it daily, unless you forget. Does it help? Who knows. We just keep taking it.

Vitamin C - good deal and good for you!
Vitamin C is great stuff -- take some every 4-6 hours at the first sign of a cold, and if you're lucky, you may be able to walk away from it. Rose hips are a good addition, Nature Made is an excellent brand. Packaged well and arrived on time. Time release 1000mg is a good alternative, too. Recommended!
