Bought this for my boy's 13th bday. Everything was just as advertised and good quality! Don't let his face fool you- he loved it! Lol... I only had him wear the hat and bandana for a few minutes but it was easy to put on in and take off. Adjustable hat strap so it wasn't too tight. Also, my other cat loved to play with the balloons and even with his sharp claws they didn't pop!

Very cute, easy to set up, comes with everything you need! Love love love! And my cat loved everything, too, of course ;) This is 4 lol!

They were great for my very special kitty's 19th bday. She passed on a few days later. It was a really milestone important day and the decs made it that much extra. Only complaint I couldn't deflate them, couldn't figure it out, we've had them up a month since her passing, I had to simply throw them away, where I'd have liked to maybe use them again with a future cat that we adopt.

My son was so excited his kitten reached 1 year old because he almost didn't live so we had to celebrate. These decorations and the outift were so fun and fit great. I followed reviews about the paper straw to blow up the gold balloons and made sure I didn't get it bery wet and so it's still in good shape to use again. A week later Sir Chives continued having fun playing with the balloons batting them around the house. (He did not pop them)

I have used the Happy Birthday banner and hat for two cat birthdays so far. These items are just adorable and well worth the price! The mylar MEOW balloons are a little challenging to inflate, but once done they last for months! If you like to celebrate your cats' birthdays I highly recommend this kit.

A lovely little birthday set, the hat is decent quality too! Not like these cheapy paper ones I've had before. Bandana is nice. ITS GREAT the cat didn't think so unfortunately 💔

The balloons were all missing from pack, which was disappointing. Hat and scarf very cute.
