Not happy
These casters did not come with screws. The brake on the wheels are very hard to engage. Cannot use.

Working well
12 Pack 2-Inch 200-Pound Caster Wheels WITH BRAKE Swivel Plate Casters On Black Polyurethane Wheels So the city sewer backs up into my basement about once a year, and I've decided to be more proactive about the situation -- part of that effort is getting everything off the floor or in/on plastic. The standard plastic utility shelves hold all the tools and sundry, but once they're loaded up they're heavy and hard to drag around when I need to mop. So I wanted a cheap workaround to let me periodically move them out of the way.For my particular application: These casters come in large packs and are inexpensive, both a plus. I'm not planning to be rolling my shelves very often; even so, I'm not envisioning any problems because they seem to be fairly sturdy -- so far, they're handling all the weight fine. Because my basement floor has a slope, I got one pack of regular casters for the back and one pack of the locking version for the front (to keep the shelves from rearranging themselves). And, because the rollers aren't metal, they shouldn't rust after sitting on a wet floor. So far, they've all rolled, swiveled, and locked exactly as they should. I think, technically, I should be using larger casters for this purpose, but these are holding up fine so far; the plate is, unfortunately, a bit too small for the way I'm using them -- I can only get three screws in, but they seem to be sufficient to hold everything in place. As for the brake version, they're easy to dis/engage with the toe of a shoe. (These did initially have a skunky odor when they came out of the package, but the lingering sewer pong in my basement has easily overpowered it.) I'll try to upload some photos of the brake in use.The shelving project is a work in progress right now, but so far, so good with these. For the limited use I'm going to give them, it's been a great value. 12 Pack 2-Inch 200-Pound Caster Wheels WITH BRAKE Swivel Plate Casters On Black Polyurethane Wheels

High capacity for size, excellent brake
This is the third set of similar casters I have purchased recently. These are best value so far. There cheap ones of lower capacity and terrible bearings. These seem to have good smooth bearings, and excellent brakes, both for rolling and swivel lock.I have paid more for 2-inch casters with inferior brakes, and lower capacity.I am using these for making movable heavy workbenches in a shop with a concrete floor.

For the price, Great!
The wheels work fine, and came exactly as described. No exactly as “heavy-duty” as I would have liked, but you get what you pay for.The 2 issues I have:1. The wheels arrived in a bag inside of a box. Some of the wheel were stuck to the adhesive. I couldn’t get the adhesive off of them.2. The quality control / attention to detail was lacking. Some of the nuts on the bolts that hold the wheel to the swivel base were barely on. Some of the swivel bases were bent.
