I found these easy to "pop" to release the coldness which was an important thing when awaking in the middle of the night with severe toothache. Provided a really good ice level to help relieve/numb the pain. Easy to carry in my bag as well because whilst a decent size, they are not too big. I would definitely recommend both for toothache and other uses. My daughter fell over and bumped her cheek, it was handy to have one of these in my bag and just wrapped a spare top around it to apply to her cheek.

Hi I'm a First Responder so I research products first before I decide to buy them. Firstly these are not Ice Packs. They are Cold Packs. So you wont end up with frost burn like you would with the ones that go icy cold. As these are cold packs you don't have to wrap them in a towel/triangle bandage, etc before applying to a area. You get around 20 or so minutes of cold time before they start going back to room temperature. but ideal if you need to cool someone down like I had to at an awards dinner this week. If you follow the instructions printed on them they are pretty easy to activate. Which is basically fold it in half then squeeze. Listen for that hiss then shake.

Great for travel but be aware of the following, they are very small and I needed 3 of them to cover my knee (I'm post knee replacement) , the pack puffs up a lot so it's hard to compress the complete packet against the skin. Also, I found they only stay cold for around 45 minutes.

A really good item for instant cold therapy, used three times the week after purchase. Stays colder much longer than estimated. Will definitely buy again when stock runs low.

Die Kühlleistung ist gut und hält – je nach Außentemperatur – etwa 10 bis 15 Minuten an.Erwarten Sie keinen Eisblock.Gute, hautfreundliche Kühlung. Nach Ablauf des Mindesthaltbarkeitsdatums lässt die Kühlleistung zwar deutlich nach, das ist aber zu erwarten und schließlich hat das MHD seinen Sinn. Insgesamt ein zuverlässiges Produkt, das seinen Zweck erfüllt.

Easy to use, gets good and cold. My toddler asks for ice packs after every little bump, so these are great to have on hand for soccer and other outdoor activities.
