I bought one of these for use at my caravan. I was pleased with it so I bought another for use at home. The temperature control did not work so it was either full on or off. I sent it back using the label provided by Amazon but never received a refund and no communication either. So I lost my money.

Lucky we done the cooking outside. See middle pic of the mats we stood the unit on. It would have damaged the kitchen units if we had used it inside.We followed the users guide to the letter. Simple chicken barbecue. You cannot walk away from it.When the water evaporates it has to be topped up otherwise you get this. See pics. Not user friendly and very dangerous to use. DON'T WANT ANYONE TO GET INJURED.If you feel fit to give use a refund ,I will spend it with your company. THIS IS FOR SAFETY REASON I SENT THIS OVER.RegardsJames Hodges

OK for cooking on. Quality a little tinny, but ok for taking away when touring around.
