Not sure!!
Used this on Friday to bring home a small weekend shop from car park to my front door and it's medium legth walk away. Iam disabled walk with a stick so can't carry shopping bags hence the need for a trolly of some sort.1) putting it together in the dark in the boot was tricky with just the light that's in the boot (will have to get a powerful touch so more money to spend)2) making the velcro strap fit in the dark again was a pain but got there in the end)3) put the bag I'd potatoes at the bottom then carrots, onions, cauliflower on top of each other so bag half full all ready, then the chicken ,small box of stuffing, jar of jam 4 other tins 2 more jars 2 packets of crumpets,2 packets of small pancakes, loaf of bread on very top then it was full up.4)Tryed to roll it on all 4 wheels but it would not move at all so u had to balance it on the 2 back wheels for most of the walk to my front door!!5)If I had known that only 2 wheels were going to work I could have bought the same style bag from Amazon but for £36.99.6)By the time I got home my shoulder felt like it was on fire as I had pulled and draged the weekend shopping from car park.6)Got indoors unloaded the shopping.7)Looked underneath the trolly base to try and see why it would not roll??Couldn't see anything that was in the way or jammed, but it did roll in all 4 wheels on my hallway carpet in fact it was very smooth and felt more like my expensive suitcases that roll nicely indoors and outdoors .8)So my partner went and did the same walk that I had just done. He's much stronger than me and had to push it "very hard " to make it roll on the 4 wheels. It appears to not like the pavement surface of where I live!!. So i will just have to put up with it or send it back. Also the velcro strap that goes underneath the base is very close to the middle wheel and I think over time it will rub into this middle wheel and cause a problem. But if you don't do it up as I found out when it arrived and we were looking at it indoors that the bag goes one way and the ottom if the trolly where the wheels are go a different away so you have to do it up.9)But there not many to choose from that fold up small as I need it to fit into the boot on my car and I all ready have a mobility walker in the boot ,and a fold up mobility scooter. So I definitely need something I can fold up and is not heavy to lift in or out of the boot.10) I have tryed over the last 3 years several different options. The last was one of these metal fold up trolleys that have the back wheels that climb stairs. It cost me £68 and lasted 9 months before it started to become faulty. One of the climbing back wheels sheered off that was taken off and replaced. Then it broke where it claims the base cabtskeupto 100kilos,then the metal started to get cracksin it then cracked right throught so was unfit or not to safe to use.I had never put anything heaver that shopping on or I. It. The place where I had bought didn't want to know they had my money great customer services!!I was hopeful that this new one would be stronger as it's material but time will tell how long this one last.I do food shopping every 3/4 days as can't carry a big load of shopping from car park. I have tried online shopping but really don't like it as I have allways found that there only a 1 or 2 days before the use by date on the packets even when I have add " please pick with long away date" I have looked at the person picking the shopping in several different shops and the person are mostly very young but I think the shop tells the pickers to choose "near dates" as it gets rid of items then they don't have to be reduced if on there date.

Little noisy but so cute!
Can be quite noisy on most floors but overall just sounds like a suitcase. It’s light weight and feels very sturdy. I bought this to transport heavier items to uni and is perfect. Love it!

The wheels aren't completely noiseless but it's a great little trolley
I bought one of these for myself and one for my mother, we don't use a car so we really need anything we use for shopping to be totally reliable. The wheels make a horrible noise on the brick style pavements in my street but are silent on level tarmac and in most shops, we've had a lot of compliments on them as they are so easy to manouver, I have a hip problem so I mostly lean on the handle of mine and pull/push it sideways for extra balance and my mother prefers to pull hers. The only real struggle is that the only way to get it uphill is to pull it behind you as the wheels refuse to move if you try to push it in front of you on any kind of slope, you do have to be careful not to accidentally press the button on the handle but you soon get used to keeping your hand slightly to the side of it. The wheels swivel well but because they are so small you have to lift the whole thing to get it up over the curb which is not very helpful especially if you have a lot in there. It does appear quite small but holds a weeks worth of meat, fruit and veg for 2 people. Another bonus is the large zip pocket on the back of the trolley where you can safely keep your purse and a few other bits

NOT as CLAIMED in Description
Generally a good basket but NOT WATERPROOF, as claimed! first time we used it we got caught in rain and got home to find water got in through seems and zip. We had a puddle inside, the front pocket was wet inside, any shopping with paper/ cardboard packets was soaked - most upsetting. We love the lightweight, manoeuvrability of it but useless if it rains.

this item needs frame work on the front because it collapsed inwards
The front collapsed while shopping was in
