These Tegaderm dressings work very well and are very reliable. They stick nicely to the skin and stay in place without lifting too easily, even with normal movement.I like that they are clear, so you can still see the area underneath without removing it. It also makes it easier to keep an eye on things while keeping it protected.They are thin and flexible, so they feel comfortable and not bulky. At the same time, they do a good job protecting the area from water and dirt.The box comes with many pieces, which is great if you use them often. Overall, a very dependable product that does exactly what you need.

These are perfect to cover a Fentanyl patch. They keep it down with complete skin contact so the medicine penetration remains even for the 3 day period between changes. If you begin to lose that contact the patch can not distribute effectively and even with a perfect placement the Fentanyl patch will start to lift around the edges. This product is invaluable to me in retaining pain management and I have used them for 4 years. The price on Amazon by the 100 count box is a little over 30 cents each compared to as much as $1.75 I had paid in a pharmacy buying them individually. The only draw back is if you are active enough to sweat it will retain the water and the patch can lose contact so you need to drain the film cover as much as possible and may not get the full effect from the Fentanyl. The upside is without it you wouldn't have been able to be active enough to work up a sweat.I do wish there was a size slightly larger since I have to apply my own and it is a very close fit. If I don't get it centered perfectly to seal completely around the Fentanyl patch I have to use a second film to ensure a complete seal. If I move up to a stronger dose the patch is usually larger and the next size Tegaderm patch I have found is about twice this size. I ordered some once and cut them in half for my 75 mcg Fentanyl patch. I have also used them with a Butrans patch that is much larger. I would recommend this product to anyone for use with a transdermal pain patch or wound care. It is a great product and fortunate we can purchase it directly here at such a great price!

As usual...working perfectly!!I wear a Duragesic/ Fentanyl Pain Patch to manage my (excruciating) back pain from multiple herniated discs, suffered from a tumble down a flight of steep stairs. (I know...Ouch!!) I need to change-out/replace my patch, by Dr's order, every couple of days. I use these Tegaderm films to cover, secure, & seal my patch in place. It protects my patch from accidentally coming off whether it's from bathing/showering, sweating, or even swimming, as well as accidentally rubbing off, or getting peeled off from normal everyday activity, or just restlessly rolling over in bed. (NOT fun searching high & low thru the bed linen!)I cannot emphasize how much I LOVE these things! Prior to finding & using them it was such a struggle keeping my patches on. If you're using anything similar to a pain patch - like a "Quit Smoking" or other "Time-Release" type of patch - I would highly recommend these! It will save you from the countless frustrations of accidentally "losing" one. The cost of buying these is MINIMAL compared to worrying if your patch accidentally falls off & falls into the wrong hands - like a small child or a beloved pet - who can be endangered by ingesting that patch! Or having to go a day or two, WITHOUT a patch, because they can't just be simply replaced. Trust me...been there, done that! So glad that after I started using these I NEVER had to worry about that ever again! Or as stated above, frantically looking thru your bedding! (NOTE: Shop around, tho, as many different Vendors offer these & their prices can vary widely! (Depending on the size of the film & the Qty you require.) This particular Vendor offered a very fair price for the amt I needed & sent my order in a very timely manner.) I hope this helps anyone wondering IF they even need these. Trust me...you probably DO!!!(BTW: They're transparent so you can label them w/ the date you put your patch on, or when you need to change it.)

I’ve been using these for three years as a CGM cover patch. They are inexpensive, easy to apply, waterproof, and last two weeks easily without disrupting my sensor data. Highly recommend.

It's a great product

I use these over my estrogen patches for HRT. I have the twice/weekly patches which are small, and the Tegederm dressings fit over them with room left over. I use them on my lower abdomen, and they mostly stay on with no movement for 2-3 days. By day 3-4, they are not sticking as well so I either need to replace the dressing or go without until it's time to change my patch. I've had some skin minor irritation along the edges of the Tegederm dressing, but I use La Roche Posay Toleriane Dermallergo lotion on the irritated spots after I switch to my new patch, and that usually soothes it.

Ordered it after my toddler scrapped her knees almost to the bones. It helped the pain, it kept any infection away, she could shower with it, it was not painful taking it off or putting it on. It helped healing of the wounds, unlike regular band aid. Everyone in the family used it and it is really helpful.I read about this product online, where a nurse talked how beneficial it is for deep wounds. Worth every penny.
