Very well constructed and beautiful. We rarely turn it off. It was packaged very well. The directions are straight forward, just take your time unpacking and assembling and you will have no problem. Review: Gorgeous, gorgeous, gorgeous -- ten stars - This may be the loveliest lamp I’ve ever seen; certainly the loveliest I own. The globes are exquisite, lit or unlit. I've attached photos both ways. The lamp itself, in addition to the graceful design, is sturdy and well-made. We had no issues putting it together, either, even though I changed my mind about the order I wanted to hang the globes. It was very simple to move them around. I see that another review mentioned the clips. Of course one needs to be mindful of handling the clips carefully so they don’t “snap” open and shut, but that makes sense; if the clips weren’t strong, the globes could fall off and break. When installing a globe, hold the clip together with thumb and finger while manipulating it, and release gently and slowly. When removing a globe, slide finger and thumb inside the globe first to depress the clip; don't yank the globe off. It's simple but clever construction. Perhaps equally important as the product, something that really sets this seller apart is the extraordinarily helpful, fast, and incredibly gracious customer service provided. A few of the globes that were sent to me initially were not the ones which came with the lamp color I selected. The seller responded to my query message, and all subsequent messages, immediately. They not only sent me the correct globes quickly; first they sent me photos of all the globes and let me choose my favorites. I have already bought a tabletop version to put away for a holiday gift for a family member, and plan on purchasing more as special gifts in the future. TLDR: I highly recommend this lamp and anything else from this seller :) ## Features - TURKISH MOSAIC FLOOR LAMP : Add color to your living space. These handmade mosaic lamps that will be the source of inspiration for your life are now very close to you. Thanks to their easy installation, you can complete your home decor without using any tools. The lamps is sent with a 150-inch cable and on/off button. - 9 GLOBE FLOOR LAMP: Our lamps are produced entirely by hand. Our colored mosaic glass is cut by hand. We never use painted glass. Mosaic glass, which is cut into small pieces, is glued in line with a certain design and turned into mosaic patterned spheres. The glass spheres we use are 5 inches wide. - ELECTRICAL HARDWARE AND DIMENSIONS: All our products are produced in accordance with the electrical equipment of the country you order. They are sent with the appropriate electrical equipment. We send them to our customers after checking the electrical equipment. Our lamp is 70 inches high and 18 inches wide. - SUITABLE BULBS: Our Swan Lamps work with E12 type bulbs. Standard E12 bulbs are preferred for easy bulb replacement. We generally recommend warm daylight bulbs in our lamps. Our photos were taken with 20 watt daylight bulbs. (BULBS NOT INCLUDED) - PRODUCTION METHOD: All our products are made in Turkey by real artists. Our production is done using traditional production methods as it has been for centuries. We increase the durability of our finished products by applying colored mortar.
