Summertime: A Fake Dating Hollywood Romance

My Review ☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️This book is by far one of my favorite reads of the year and from the first page I was unable to put this one down until I finished.Summer thought coming to visit her dad in California for her summer vacation would be exactly that a vacation but little did she know that she was coming to work on his movie set.Liam is the playboy that has one thing in mind, yet Summer may just change his ways with one kiss and an PR stunt to help others see him as more than a pretty face.The twist an turns in the story kept me wanting to know how these two would play out, especially when you throw in assistant director Hudson who also has his eye on Summer.I loved how Liam was always so protective over Summer even when she put him in the friends zone and he never shied away from making his feelings known and he was make her see, that he was it for her.This story is so perfect and I loved it so much. The ending to the story was so much more than I could have wanted for them and i can’t wait to see what happens in Autumns story

Nobody is more surprised than me that I picked up a book that had multiple tags as a live triangle. That is not my cup of tea and for the first few chapter, I was really worried. Nonetheless, my loyalties never shifted and Imm glad the best man git the girl, the awards and the happiness he deserved.I wish this book was dual (or even triple) POV. I really wanted to know what the MMCs were thinking sometimes.

Willow has a way with words to make you fall in love with the characters in the first 10 pages!!Autumn is a girl who has been scorned in the past by men and when she is assigned to redo Zac Ledger's house all bets are off. Their chemistry and attraction for one another is off the charts! Autumn and Zac tread lightly keeping it casual, but will that last?? What Autumn doesn't intend to do is fall in love with Zac and his sweet daughter Ivy. Watching their love story unfold makes this book quite the page turner. I enjoyed all parts of the book, the ups and downs, the twists and turns. I did not want it to end. Hoping this is not the last of this series!!

I almost stopped reading because the main character, Summer, at first seemed like an idiot. I couldn't understand how blind she was to some things, but she evolved and got sassier over the course of the book. Liam was a better character throughout and truly made the story. Hudson was not unexpected, but he was less intense about his attitude and what he was after, then I thought his character was created to be initially.Overall, good story and great writing flow. Would recommend!

SUMMERTIME is not what I expected. I couldn’t put it down, for one thing. For a fake relationship story, it was rather unique with all the contributing factors. Summer wants to spend time with her Hollywood film mogul father and ends up being the go-fer for his next movie, starring Liam. Hudson also works on the film with her father so when Summer ends up in having a crush on one, a fake relationship with the other while being pursued by both, it gets really interesting.Now if you are like me, you might avoid reading about love triangles. I can assure you that this story will work out in a way that won’t feel wrong. The whole web of unrequited relationships, mean girl motivated relationships and second, and even third chance romances make it a page turner.

I was really rooting for Hudson at the beginning, but I’m so glad Summer saw his true colors and didn’t settle for that! I loved how Liam was hooked from the get go and the more his true personality came out the more I loved him!

Each season is beautifully done ,each girl with their talent and beauty .The challenges of living with Hollywood's rich and powerful can be daunting and dangerous to a small-town southern girl . WILLOW ASTER WROTE ANOTHER story that keeps you guessing .I really enjoyed this story ,it kept me wondering which handsome choice would she make.

This book was a great light, summery read and actually surprised me with the direction it took.Summertime is a great palate cleanser to pick up when you're having a reading slump. It's one of those stories that doesn't require you to think too much and will have you smiling and kicking your feet while rooting fiercely for the main characters to finally admit their feelings and secure their happily ever after.Some of the tropes in this book: friends to lovers, love triangle, reformed player MMC, fake dating, close proximity, he falls firstThere is a strong love triangle but there is NO cheating.
