This stuff has changed my life. I've always had trouble winding down at the end of the day and staying asleep. After adding this to my bedtime routine, there's been no more tossing and turning and staring at my phone for an hour or more waiting to fall asleep. A couple drops in a glass of water and I'm out like a light in less than 30 minutes!My husband and I work nights and we were having trouble falling asleep during the afternoon, then we heard about the melatonin craze going around. Liquid is definitely the way to go if you're sensitive to medicines like we are. Doesn't take much-- maybe 6-8 drops for each of us-- and we're sleeping through the day for at least 6-8 hours, compared to waking up after 4 hours after struggling and unable to get back to sleep. We started out taking twice as much and worked our way down. On the weekends we easily sleep 8-10 peaceful hours thanks to this little miracle in a bottle.And, as a bonus: It also helps with my anxiety! I'll take a couple drops on my tongue when I'm feeling nervous and it helps me relax. The flavor isn't too noticable in water but on its own it's very bitter. I can tolerate it but some might find it too strong. Easy solution however; drink it with cherry or cranberry juice! You won't notice the taste at all!Tl;dr: Buy it and goodnight!

**EDIT 2/4/2021 The flavor has changed twice since it came out. There’s now a horrible aftertaste. I still use it but have a big glass of water nearby. Had to take off a star.**My favorite brand of melatonin was discontinued so I had to find an alternative. After looking through pages of melatonin products and trying several different types, I settled on this one. I think the key is the ingredients other than melatonin as my melatonin-only products don't work. I really like how - presumably because it's liquid - it works soooo fast. Pills can take up to 2 hours. This hits me in 15-30 minutes. Plus, the flavor is fine. No aftertaste. I only wish it was cheaper but I'll suck it up because it's such a great product.

Works great!! It's hard when you need to trust reviews... Because everyone has a different idea or need. I tried so many other things and this is the only one that has ever worked for me.

liked the idea of a liquid however the contents crystallizes and gets stuck in the dropper. yuck

This stuff works

I've been using this a few weeks. I have sleep problems and can't stay asleep. I was hoping this product would help. That hasn't been the case. However, I have noticed that I sleep more soundly for the first 4 or 5 hours of my sleep. So that has been helpful. I'd recommend you give it a try and see if it works for your particular situation.

Don't do anything

I got this for those nights when I just can't turn off my brain or when I've overindulged in caffeine! All I need is .25 and I sleep so deeply and wake up so rested. I'm not groggy and I really only need it on tough nights! Highly recommend!
