Effective and easy
These are great - remove makeup etc easily and last for ages!

Lovely but not all as expected
The product itself is lovely. However the presentation is not as expected. This one was chosen because it look like it comes in a lovely box set. However it does not.

Environmentally friendly
I have been using liquid or cream face soap for years and decided when I changed my shower routine to all solid shampoo, conditioner etc. that I would try a bar facial soap. I was very pleasantly surprised to find this soap to be a good cleansing and moisturizing bar. I will definitely continue to use this for my face.

Face scrub is nice
I've only really consistently used the brown sugar scrub, but it was great. (The gentle face wash I didn't find as nice, but it's unobjectionable. Haven't tried the one for oily skin at all. )

Just Okay
I really wanted to love this face soap. I want to cut down on packaging and I was especially pleased to find the small sample pack to not only see if I liked the product, but to travel with it and cut down on liquids in my carry on. The soap is fine. I don’t have problem skin, and I used it every day on my trip with no issues. My only complaint, and ultimately why I’m going to keep looking for a different facial bar when I use up these, is the smell. I know it’s very popular to have “unscented” products, but I don’t like that. If it’s truly unscented I guess that’s fine, but all three of the soaps smell like a box of crayons. I don’t care for that. If this product just had a nice citrus scent or something I’d be really happy with it.

Good Sample but...
... some smelled odd- like rancid, maybe? This kind of went away as I used them more, though. This sample pack is a really good way to try Ethique face products out. I bought two of them for stocking stuffers. I really like this company and want to support them. I liked this two samples enough to order them in larger sized face soaps. The Bliss Bar was very gentle and was great at removing mascara. Great for everyday use. Deep Green is my least favorite; but my daughter (who has oily skin) likes it. I can see maybe using it like a mask once in a while. My favorite was the Gingersnap soap. Wow! It really exfoliates (mechanically vs chemically) very well. Be careful not to rub too hard with this one! I've been looking for products to replace my plastic-bottled face care routine. These are it! Thank you, Ethique! ❤️
