What is the angle of the back of the rocking chair? From some of the pictures, it looks like I’m laying back. Please tell me if I’m wrong.

It does not lay back. It has a very slight reclining angle.

What is the seat height from the ground?

The chair is 18" from the ground in the front and slopes down the back to 14.5" from the ground. These chairs are very nicely made and seem to be of excellent quality. Also, quite comfortable;)

What metal is used for the screws? I don't want them to get rained on or wet and have them rust and drip down rust onto the chair or my paver patio.

Hi, my rocking chairs have sat out side in the weather all year and the screws are not rusting and the chairs look like new!
