Brilliant pure capsules that really help my skin, hair and nails to grow healthily and strong.You don't really need to be extra ingredients that people advise you to buy with these, pure pumpkin seed oil is just fine as it is, and for me is actually better. Why did you choose this product over others?:I have alopecia areata and androgenic alopecia. I've had a bald patch of areata in the same place for 10 years. After 3 weeks of taking this daily, I've got baby hairs growing! I am so excited!As to the androgenic, I can't see any hairs yet, but my hair is definitely thicker so it isn't as noticeable. I'm hoping given a bit more time, this will start to grow too.And one thing of note, my constant shedding of hair has stopped. I've gone from handfuls when I wash my hair to the occasional strand! Just to add, I also started taking biotin at the same time.Overall, I'm very impressed so far 👍

Nature Hair lose blocker
I waited six months before giving a review of the pumpkin seed oil. My hair has always been fine blond hair but due to a significant period of stress and menopause, my hair went very thin at the front. My mother had the same pattern. Taking these tablets has definitely imroved my hairline and thickened up to it previous condition. I will never have thick hair but I have got back what I had premenopause and maybe a little bit denser hairline. I do take Omega 3 to balance out the 'omega' balance ( it is divided to do so)

Huge reduction in hairloss
I have been taking these for around 6 weeks now and have noticed a huge reduction in my hair falling out! You do need to take 3 a day but I found these reasonable in cost and easy to take. So so happy to see the benefits with my hair as I was losing handfuls at a time!
