This is one of the best hand held vacuum cleaners available in India. Initially I was thinking of purchasing Dyson V8 which seemed like the default choice as it was a brand but just before ordering I thought of doing some research on the hand held vacuums and that's when I came across Tineco Pure one s12 pro. It was a competitor to Dyson v11 and had scored close to it in multiple cleaning test and reviews but was overlooked because it was pricey in the European and US markets. Luckily for India it is around the price bracket of Dyson V8 which was comparatively lesser in performance than Tineco Pure one S12 Pro. Only thing that was bothering me was the availability of the spare parts and the customer care support, so called them to check it. Surprisingly the lady who spoke had answered my question and said that spare parts are available in bulk and can be dispatched easily if need arises.******Pros******1) Double swappable battery provided by default. This was a huge pro over dyson v8 as my requirement included weekly deep cleaning of the house for which 2 batteries with combined 100mins is amazing. FYI: I had never exhausted both the batteries in my usage for cleaning 1200sqft house.2) Multiple tools provided by default, even one to dust debris and cut the strangled hair.3) Patented Filter cleaner tool4) Power trigger lock makes it easier to use it for vacuuming.5) Auto adjusts suction power based on the amount of dirt it detects.6) Touch interface and LCD screen is awesome. Shows if it has detected dirt by color changing LED circle.7) Powered soft and carpet rollers have LEDs that really shows micro dust which we would easily miss otherwise.8) Good support from customer care.9) Build quality is really good.******Cons******1) Manual suction setting gets defaulted to auto as soon as we release the power trigger. A memory to remember the previous setting would be nice though not a deal breaker.2) Official India website doesn't have the spare parts listed. It's a concern as it's possible to lose it or break it considering your kids are vacuuming too. :) (On speaking with the customer care they said since it was launched recently they'll update it in the website soon)3) Since there is no/poor cyclone technology the filter gets surrounded by dirt quite often. I personally clean it once in every 4 days so I don't lose the suction everytime and it works. (FYI: though its annoying to clean frequently, the filter is super easy to clean with the tool provided)I had literally spent hours researching the internet and found this being appreciated in many reviews. For people in India this is like Dyson v11 for the price of Dyson v8.

The product is good and the demo was done well by Darshan. However, the package did not include the extra battery and mini motorized tool even though it is shown in the listing. Prior reviews on Amazon and other websites also mention the extra battery and the mini motorized tool. Both of them were not included in the package. Rather deceptive business practices by the company. A big disappointment for an otherwise good product.

The media could not be loaded. You can buy this without second thoughts, It’s such an amazing machine. In auto mode dust sensing is an amazing feature . Easy to handle and comes with two batteries which you can’t find in any other brand.we can swap batteries in between while cleaning if Batteries dies but most of the time we don’t get a chance to replace because the backup was really good. Single charger we can almost cover our homeAt this price point it’s a worthy purchase and much more better than other brands . Suction power is really good and power full.Overall worthy purchase

Pros: Less noise, good suction power, useful accessories, reasonable battery life.Cons: At full suction power battery lasts under 20 mins. Cleaning the filter without filter cleaning accessory is somewhat messy. Slightly on the heavier side.Suggestions: Filter cleaning accessory, filter, additional battery should be made available as options. Charging bracket should be made portable.

One of best product that a house needs!Very easy to use, great suction power and tadaaaa no more brooming!This product will help my wife and mom a lot..after a great research found this product., must say you should buy this if you are ok with the the price!The product will justify its price.. It picks up minute particles and doesn’t leave anything on the floor with least suction power, if you use maximum suction mode the battery doesn’t last long for more than 10 mins., but why do you need max mode when things can work in low suction / auto mode..Best pick!!

I have tried all cheaper vacuum cleaners and not happy with any of those. This is chinese version of dyson. Working since last 1 year.It works great for pets and for other purposes as well. Very easy to clean, change filter.Best buy after long time

I bought Tinceo pure one S12 pro ex last month and have been using it since then. I am surprised by the product because it delivered more than I expected.The cordless vacuum cleaner is powerful to pick up dirt and debris from hard floor and even carpet. Because of this I even replaced it for my corded car vacuum cleaner.The battery is good enough to clean a 2000 sq feet house in a single go.The excellent feature of the cleaner is the filtration system it provides and also the accessories which it comes with.The vacuum is light weight and it is easy to empty once the dust bin gets full. They also provide a wall mount to hang the vacuum along with its accessories.
