Triggers headache. Initially, i didn't notice that the headaches were related to consumption of this protein powder. One of my friends who is also taking the same supplement also experienced headache. When he discussed this issue I was not certain about it. However, I have confirmed this. I generally take this protein powder in the morning, by noon the headache starts and peaks. I don't know which component in this powder is causing. It may be the subject of research.

Before i was taking protein works vegan protein it was awfull now i shifted to this brand its easy to digest but the taste is too bad i suggest to take banoffe flavour it tasted yumm others wise quality is great
