Are this fabric markers really permanent and washable? want to design white T shirt for my class

You can use on T-shirts but have to iron with a damp cloth to seal image before washing

How is the package? I need buy one as christmas gifts for teenager girl

The markers are similliar to normal permanent markers. They work nicely on lighter fabrics. One of the markers I've recieved came dry however. Havent tested them in the wash yet, sorry. Package is alright though, shown exactly in the picture

Are this suitable for christmas stocking fillers?

I would think so, my daughter’s children have been decorating pillow cases and tee-shirts with them. They are eight.
