The first one I received had the wrong manual and the light was not operational. Returned it and ordered a second one, which is working great. High quality piece with what appears to be strong motors. This is my fourth watched Winder as they are usually break. Hopefully this will last longer than the others.

So Far so good... the first time you use it, you feel like you have to keep turning it on. Eventually, I trusted it and it works doing what it is supposed to do.

Within 3 months, the led lighting on this unit failed completely. Within 4 months, the motors started making a grinding noise. I made a huge mistake by purchasing an item with so few reviews.... never again. I wrongfully assumed that the combination of high price and a small number of reviews meant that this was a quality product. Nothing could be further from the case. Please... save your money... do not purchase this item. At least my pain can be someone else’s gain.

Does what it supposed to do

Rotor #2 stopped working, five days after return deadline!!This wasn’t $30. and now what do I do?

Unfortunately I had to return my unit. Discovered that “heavy faced” watches like my Breitling SuperOcean Heritage, fall out of the winder “circle Holders” while winding. The only way to stop this issue was loading the watch, “watch face” inwards, where you only see the watch band while winding. This was not what I was expecting!To bed, not a bad looking and operating winder.

Received the winder much earlier than expected, lovely finished product and works fine! Easy to operate and program. Like the manual and instructions with advise for winding cycles for certain watch brands!It is almost silent when operating.
