I am 37 and I have been taking a high dose of B2 400mg after a recommendation from my neurologist after suffering from severe hemiplegic migraines. I switched to this brand having previously tried another product of this company. The price was competitive. Even though it didn't have any reviews, I must say that the capsules are much better than the other brand I previously used because they are small and easy to swallow (not gelatinous). These capsules have been very effective in reducing my migraines. I will also follow the advice on the chart and video and I will be starting to take bromelaine CoQ10 magnesium soon for additional recovery purposes.

Plastic container is oversized for the contents however, they are value for money.

I bought these to help with migraines, which it has but researched a bit more and found cheaper on Amazon. Just the usual vit B 2 and looks and works just as well and is cheaper.
