would this product hold1.75mL (half gallon) bottle(s) as well?

These wall brackets are designed to hold up to 1 litre bottles so no, I wouldn't recommend installing with 1.75L bottles. Thank you for your question and happy shopping!

Is it possible to set the measurement to your own desired amount?

No, these optic measures dispense a precise 25ml shot each time - designed for this purpose to make sure you know exactly how much you have dispensed. Thanks for your question and for shopping Barbarian Barware!

What is the difference between the professional and the solo?

Hello, thank you for your question. The Solo and the Professional are both 25ml measures. The Professional is an easier one-handed operation and can be operated with your fore finger whilst holding your glass. The Standard optic is operated by pushing your glass rim up on the 3 prongs. Both types are precision engineered and used widely in pubs and bars.

What is the material made out of?

Thank you for your question. The frame is aluminium and the optics are plastic. They are manufactured for commercial bars.
