Hi babes. 5โ1 - 138lb - short torso girly here, my weight fluctuates a lot. I came here to tell you that this is the mf belt Iโve been looking for! Iโve bought so many belts and have returned all of them bc they just didnโt do it for me. This one is 1) easy to put on/take off 2) HELLA freaking cute *itโs more of a pearlescent baby pink rather than a bubble gum pink* 3) has a soft padding on the back inside area. Being that I have a short torso, some belts were uncomfortable, but not this one!! I felt incredibly supported and it helped me push the extra weight on my squats. Comfortable, Sturdy, and Great Support
I really like this lifting belt. It feels sturdy and well made, and it provides great support during my workouts, especially when lifting weights. My New Gym Essential for Strength and Confidence

Excellent & Comfortable!
I was not about to buy one with VELCRO! Buying the kind with Velcro is like buying things from a certain Asian country. You know it will stop working soon. Leather will last a lifetime! It is very durable, beautiful, well made, comfortable and fits perfectly. The padding at my back is even better. It fits perfectly because I READ the directions of how to measure for it.
