These knee pads are great! I have a dance routine that includes sliding on our knees and thought I would never survive it until I got these. No more bruises! They slide on easy and they are just a bit big even for a big boned think girl like myself, but they grip well and do not cut off my circulation. The padding wraps around more then half of my knee, and the pad does not move when I Move so my knees stay safe and painfree for the entire performance.Recommend this to a friend? As a figure skater, I was really looking for knee protection which was bendable, non-compression, and shock absorbing without limiting range of motion to wear during practice. I’ve been wearing this knee pad regularly over the past several weeks and have been very satisfied with the results.Several reviews said that this product tends to run small, so, although I am typically a small I ordered a medium and it fit great.This product has worked well for me because it is not terribly stiff and restrictive of movement while still being quite impact absorbent. The knee pad is a cushion instead of a hard plate and that is so much more conducive to speed, agility, and comfort.The final factor I appreciate is it’s low key style and look. When I put it on my coach didn’t even realize I was wearing it. It blends in nicely and doesn’t look or feel all bulky and awkward. So nice!

Bought the first pair and they were great but a little small, so I got the next size up and it was much better. I’m 5’4” and about 145 lbs, better to size up for comfort. Great to dance in, good value for the price.

I bought these knee pads to get myself through a season of winter guard. I bruise incredibly easily and these protected my knees from all the floor work.Pros:-Very thick padding that covers a lot of the knee-Good quality for the price-I was able to wash mine along with my dance tights just fineCons:-VERY sweaty-A bit of uncomfortable bunching behind the knee-The padding wore very thin on the areas that made most contact with the groundConclusion:I'd definitely recommend these if you're looking for something cheap to get you through a single season. Even though they could get a bit uncomfortable at times, they definitely protected my knees and that's what was most important.
