Does it fit the sony alpha a1?

Yes, although the proportions arent 1 to 1 but its a very minuscule difference.

Does meike make the mk a7r iv pro for nikon D5600?

Hi, We don't have Meike grip with remote control for Nikon D5600.

Can you use the joystick to move focus point?

Yes you can! All the buttons on it function just as they would on the actual camera.

What is the difference between this and one listed below https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/b083lf4p7l/ref=ox_sc_act_title_1?smid=a3sknyhwx0bfrk&ps

The Pro model you listed below has the remote that goes with the grip. I have the non “pro” model but it works like every other grip should.
