Pics shows front and rear sight fiber optic looking the wrong way, has this been fixed by manufacturer?

The fiber that captures light to seem illuminated is visible regardless of the sights mounting direction. The green "dots" on the rear sight are mounted in holes so that the green illumination effect is visible from either side, the upper part of the front sight post is the red fiber optic and also allows for the illumination effect to be seen from either side.
